on wich way can i verify my account and how many cost that all per month or year ?

Please send a download link to the package or put it offline on yourepo to verify your account. Rules to be observed:
- Be entirely your creation
- The package must be 100% original, created from scratch
- Support the Retina display
- A fair price equivalent to the work

So the Package is online but User without YouRepo Account cannot Download. What can i do that Users in cydia can pay and Download?
Maybe you could add into your description that: "Users who don't want to register into yourepo could donate to your paypal account with their udids in comment." Yes, they can add comment while donation is process. And you could add them into your whitelist after donation received.
