Uploaded package are not shown in Manage your package

I uploaded the same zip twice (the second time it added 1 at the end of identifiers) and both never shows up in my Manage your Package page. At home page it does show that I have 1 package and bottom it stated "1 Package".

I upload the zip at the deb maker.
