YouRepo Free Services are available to anyone over the age of 13, in observance of and compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. YouRepo reserves the right to remove any registered accounts found in violation of the agreement without prior warning.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold YouRepo harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by any YouRepo Party in connection with any Content or use of the Services, whether via your password and by any other person, whether or not authorised by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and are responsible for all activities that occur utilizing your information.

You agree that any submission of personal information; which includes but is not limited to: email address, birthday, full name, website address etc; is provided at your own risk. You hereby allow YouRepo to release personal information publicly within limits to the Privacy Policy.

You agree to exempt YouRepo from any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses that may be incurred by the release of personal information. You agree that YouRepo has no responsibility in ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal information.

YouRepo will not be held accountable for any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses as a result of user contribution. This includes, but is not limited to comments, links, files or images.

We will not be held accountable for unauthorized access to a user's account. You agree that your password must not be less than 6 characters in length, must not have your username as part or all of the password, and must be a combination of both numbers, letters and characters. You agree to never disclose your password, or to use a non-encrypted web form (either external or internal to YouRepo) to attempt to log into YouRepo. You agree never to coerce or force another user to disclose their password. You agree to never attempt to brute force, hack or access a YouRepo account without proper authorization.

YouRepo provides a hosting service that stores files uploaded from registered users and can be requested to be deleted at any time by the users. The term "content" also defines, but is not limited to comments, links, images and text found on YouRepo. YouRepo holds no liability to damages causes as a direct result from use of this content.

YouRepo does not represent or endorse the accuracy of any Content and you acknowledge your use of Content is at your sole risk.

Upon adding content to YouRepo, you hereby allow the removal and/or modification of such content without prior warning. YouRepo will not be held accountable for losses or damages that may be caused from the removal or modification of uploaded content.

YouRepo does not accept any illegal activities on the website. Anything found as inappropriate activity that violates the Agreement will be deleted by staff and termination of account may occur.

YouRepo holds the right to ban and delete your Account and the associated IP address(es). YouRepo will not be held liable for any damages directly caused by an action or actions made on the website.

You hereby agree to never upload, share or provide links to IPA files when using YouRepo services.

You agree to comply with international laws in regards to Intellectual Property. You hereby agree that any submission of Content that violate international law may result in legal action by intellectual property holder against you, the registered user. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold YouRepo harmless from and against any and all claims of breach of international law as a result of submission.

You agree while using YouRepo Services, that you may NOT :

Hacks, Cracks and Wares are NOT permitted to be uploaded to YouRepo. Any such upload will result in the content being removed without prior warning, and may result in termination of your YouRepo account.

Under no circumstances will Piracy be accepted as valid content on YouRepo. Copyright and Intellectual Property holders have removal authority to content found to be a violation of copyright on YouRepo.

You agree to allow YouRepo to remove any violating content without prior warning.

Περιεχόμενο που περιλαμβάνει κώδικας που είναι κρυμμένος ή με άλλο τρόπο που περιέχεται στο Περιεχόμενο και δεν σχετίζεται με το Περιεχόμενο·
Περιεχόμενο που δημοσιεύει διαφημίσεις ή επιχειρηματικές προσκλήσεις·
Οποιαδήποτε μορφή πρόσκλησης ή ανεπιθύμητης αλληλογραφίας;
Παράνομο ή μη εξουσιοδοτημένο αντίγραφο έργου άλλου που προστατεύεται από πνευματικά δικαιώματα,
Περιεχόμενο που είναι πορνογραφικό, παρενοχλητικό, προσβλητικό, παράνομο ή προωθεί ή ενθαρρύνει παράνομη δραστηριότητα.

Your YouRepo username/nickname is non-transferable and cannot be sold.
Your username can be removed, altered or transferred to another account holder if :

• Το όνομα χρήστη είναι η ακριβής ή συντομευμένη έκδοση ενός ονόματος τομέα ιστότοπου.
• Το όνομα χρήστη είναι ένα ακριβές όνομα γέννησης και μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ως απάτη.
• Το όνομα χρήστη είναι αυτό ενός εξέχοντος προγραμματιστή.

You hereby allow YouRepo to terminate your account without prior warning or reason. You agree and understand that any account termination will result in some or all of your Content being permanently removed from YouRepo. You hereby exempt YouRepo to any damages, losses or claims as a result of your account being terminated.

YouRepo will modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services indicates your acceptance of the most recently posted Agreement. If you are dissatisfied with anything related to the YouRepo website or it's Agreement, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services. You use the Services of YouRepo at your own risk.

The YouRepo Store is a virtual shop where users can purchase virtual upgrades or consumables for their account.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all purchases made in the YouRepo store are genuine. YouRepo does not take any responsibility for unauthorised or unwanted purchases made on your account.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YouRepo BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE YouRepo SERVICES, EVEN IF YouRepo HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, YouRepo'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO YouRepo FOR THE YouRepo SERVICES.

YouRepo reserves the right to update this TOS at any necessary time.
