Topic : Whitelist for certain package doesnt work Closed
hi
i found that although I have added an UDID in the whitelist for certain package, cydia doesnt show that package
but if I add that UDID to Gernal Whitelist, cydia shows that package
"UDID for one package when your repo is online" (whitelist package) doesnt work,
tried on 2 different packages but still the same
any idea to solve it?

Hi,
in fact, you have 2 important and distincts parameters, status and state.
When your repository is closed, all packages are considered as Private (status) and UDID must be in your general whitelist at least to download it. UDID could be registered in package whitelist too.
When your repository is open, your packages are as defined individually.
State is always defined individually, that is to say if you want to list this package on cydia (online) or not (offline) or only for your general whitelist (general whitelist ?).

I added my udid to package
Refresh cydia
No package was shown

Here, your package will be shown only for udid(s) in your GENERAL whitelist and udid(s) in general whitelist or package whitelist will be allowed to download it (but udid(s) in package whitelist can't see it...).

Here, your package will never be shown, because it's offline, and unavailable to download.
